1. Metal laser welding machine is suitable for welding various metal materials. In addition to the familiar stainless steel welding, it can also weld carbon steel, mold steel, galvanized sheet, copper, aluminum, gold, silver, titanium, nickel, tin, chromium, niobium and alloys. Under certain conditions, it can also achieve welding of two different metal materials. Common shapes that can be welded include points, lines, circles, squares, right angles, and various shapes. They can be spot welded, stacked welded, seam welded, butt welded, sealed welded, rolled edge welded, and spliced edge welded in all directions. The welding points are fine, the welding seams are firm, and the workpiece deformation is small, without the need for polishing.
2. Plastic laser welding machines can weld thermoplastic plastics and thermoplastic elastomers, and are widely used in the following plastic products:
One is PP, also known as polypropylene;
The second is PC material, which is polycarbonate material;
The third is PVC, the main component of which is polyvinyl chloride;
The fourth is PET, commonly known as polyester resin, etc.
Laser welding machines can weld far more plastic products, especially complex and delicate plastic products such as medical equipment, automotive manufacturing, 3C digital, etc. Ordinary workers can operate them after learning. The welding process is highly controllable and can reduce thermal damage and deformation, which is several times faster than traditional welding speed. But there are also some materials that have poor welding results due to the difficulty of laser transmission, such as engineering plastics such as polyphenylene sulfide PPS and liquid crystal polymers.
